Founder of Bearing Consulting, a family of international strategy and innovation consultancy firms established in 2001, providing services related to strategy, business and product development and expert consulting towards governments and financial institutions and fintech, strategy, capital introduction and product development for the banking and asset management industries.

Jörgen Falk

Inventor and experienced serial entrepreneur, based in Monaco since the 1970s. Educated at Université Paris-Sorbonne, Paris and Stockholm University.Possesses a vast network of investors, financial competence and entrepreneurs based in Monaco and Switzerland.

Rocco Schito

Diploma as Federal Expert in accounting and controlling as well as Expert in tax declarations, wealth management and reporting.
With his skills in financial accounting and financial reporting, Mr Schito will monitor the safe management of the Fund's reporting together with the Fund Administrators.

Bernard Lawrence

- Chairman of AMLAPS. Partner of R. Nivison & Co for e18 years, ten years. Chairman of Finch International Advisors in Bermuda, a manager of hedge funds authorized by the SEC and the FSA. On the board of Megawatt Power Holdings Limited, Conexxis, Inc., the off-shore General Partners of Macquarie Infrastructure Real assets (Europe) Limited and Lion Capital LLP, ADP II and Clearsite Turnaround Fund I GP LLP.

Mr Lawrence brings his experience and competence in overall fund management.

Angus Kerr

- Adviser and capital-markets professional with over 20 years experience in global banking with specific expertise in strategic and equity advisory, M&A and ECM. He has held, inter alia, Managing Director and management roles covering advisory, equity advisory and ECM at a number of organisations including Credit Suisse and Dresdner Kleinwort. He currently acts as an independent consultant and advisor to a number of firms.

With a long track record of advising, companies and high profile individuals in the UK, USA, and Europe, Mr Kerr is the team’s expert in sourcing new investment opportunities and products to bring diversification to future investments.

Magnus Caspar

- 19 years in the Finance industry with experience of opening offices in Switzerland, Abu Dhabi and Japan. As a Regional Manager Europe Middle East and Africa for Brandes International Partners Ltd., Geneva, Switzerland, Mr. Caspar Managed the Separately Managed Account business and well as the UCITS Investment funds business from approximately US$ 100 million to over US$ 2 billion at its peak. Mr. Caspar was responsible for all customer relations with major banks, private banks and independent financial advisors and Multi Family Offices and Single Family Offices, resulting in a close relationship and trust with these entities. Further to this, he negotiated and completed 35 UCITS Investment fund distribution agreements for banks and other distributors of funds in 8 countries including Switzerland. In addition he negotiated and completed 35 UCITS Investment fund distribution agreements for banks and other distributors of funds in 8 countries including Switzerland. He is an excellent communicator and presenter who enjoys sharing work experience and coaching.

Mr. Caspar resides in Switzerland since 1999 and brings to the team his vast experience in fund development as well as a global network to cater to the development of the Fund.

Nikola Rikov

- Formerly Merrill Lynch, Banco Santander and Société Générale Private Banking, Nikola has over 10 years of experience in corporate and private banking in Switzerland and the EU.
Fluent oral & written in in English, Italian, French, Spanish as well as Serbo-Croatian, Nikola holds a degree in finance and a degree in political science from the Catholic University in Milan.
Nikola is an expert in fund raising strategies as well as ways for securing seed capital for start-ups and companies in expansion.

Nikola brings to the team his skills in marketing the fund and sourcing new investment, as well as coordinating other activities within the Advisory Board.

Barry Carrol

- Barry Carroll is a Private Equity / alternative investment industry fund Consultant, specializing in the establishment & operation of alternative investment structures. Barry has over 27 years' industry experience, the last seven of which were as CEO of Augentius, the world's largest independent Private Equity fund administration services company, the firm he founded. Barry's legislative and market knowledge spans Europe, the US, the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa and the Far East.

After graduating in Accounting & Finance from Dublin City University in 1986, Barry articled as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG, specializing in investment funds. In 1994 Barry was appointed CEO of Bank of Butterfield’s Guernsey based fund administration business, a position he held for the next four years. In 1998, at age 32, Barry was hired as Managing Director of Bank of Bermuda’s Guernsey based fund administration business.

In 2001, after moving to Bank of Bermuda in London, Barry pioneered the re-launch of Bank of Bermuda’s Group Private Equity fund services oVering.

Barry is now Chairman of the Advisory Board of Athina Capital and brings to the table his experience in the fund industry with the overall perspective and the strategic advise for the safe management of the fund.
